FAQ

  • Are there bathrooms?
    Yes. There are changing tables in both the woman's and men's bathrooms located in the hallway.
  • What should my child wear?
    We recommend to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing to climb in. We recommend no jewelry or baggy clothing. Socks must be worn at all times by children and parents/guardians.
  • Can I rent out the entire playground?
    Yes! Private events are customizable!
  • Do I have to stay during my child's play time?
    Yes, each child must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of your play.
  • Can my child wear shoes inside the playground?
    Only socks are allowed beyond the cubbies for children, parents and guardians. NO shoes.
  • Is there a minimum amount of play time?
    $20 for two hours of open play. Feel free to come to the front desk to pay again for another 2 hours!
  • How is the playground cleaned?
    Throughout the day the staff will sanitize the toys and do a deep clean each night. If you are attending a celebration you will need to clean up after yourself at the celebration tables and the staff will sanitize the tables in between celebrations.
  • Are food and drinks allowed?
    Water will be allowed to stay in the cubbie area only. Food is ONLY allowed for a scheduled event such as a birthday party. We do not provide a fridge or microwave.
  • Is this a licensed daycare facility?
    No, we are not affiliated with EEC or any other state agencies.
  • Where do I park?
    You can park anywhere in the front of the building. We are located next to Owen and Ollie's. There is more parking around the back of the building.
  • What is the max capacity of the facility?
    We have a maximum of 40 children AND adults combined.
